We provide 1-on-1 personal lessons to help you review your everyday habits of standing, walking, and eating, and learn self-care methods you can continue for a lifetime.

すべての料金は米ドル（USD）表記です。単発レッスンおよび継続コースからお選びいただけます。
All prices are listed and billed in US Dollars (USD).

お支払いはクレジットカード（オンライン決済）のほか、Zelle・現金・小切手もご相談に応じます。お気軽にお問い合わせください。
In addition to credit card (online payment), we can also accept Zelle, cash, or check upon request. Please contact us for details.

※ 現在の料金は、立ち上げ期間の特別価格です。今後、料金を改定する場合があります。ご購入済みのコースは、購入時の料金のまま有効です。

1. Step 01
   お支払い（クレジットカード）

   ご希望のプランをStripe決済（クレジットカード）にてお支払いいただきます。Zelle・現金・小切手をご希望の場合は、メールでご相談ください。
   Secure online credit card payment via Stripe. For Zelle, cash, or check, please contact us by email.

2. Step 02
   24時間以内にご案内メール

   お支払い確認後、24時間以内に日程調整のご案内をメールでお送りします。
   We email scheduling options within 24 hours of payment.

3. Step 03
   日程確定

   ご希望の日時・受講形式（Zoomまたはミシガン対面）を確定し、詳細をお送りします。
   Your session date, time, and Zoom link / venue are confirmed.

4. Step 04
   レッスン当日

   確定した日時に個人レッスンを実施いたします。
   Attend your personalized 1-on-1 lesson.

• ・日程変更（Rescheduling Policy） レッスン開始の24時間前までにご連絡いただいた場合は、無料で日程変更を承ります。
  Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
• ・キャンセル料（Cancellation Fee） レッスン開始前24時間を切ってからのキャンセル、当日のキャンセル、およびご連絡のない無断欠席は、キャンセル料100%とさせていただきます。単発レッスンは返金いたしません。コースの場合は、レッスン1回分を消化したものとして扱います。
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Single lessons are non-refundable, and for packages, one session will be counted as used.
• ・遅刻（Late Arrival） ご都合により開始時刻に遅れた場合でも、レッスンは予定どおりの時刻に終了します。遅れた分の延長や返金はいたしかねます。
  If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. No extension or refund will be given for the missed time.
• ・講師都合によるキャンセル（Cancellation by Masako） 講師の体調不良などやむを得ない事情でレッスンを中止する場合は、速やかにご連絡し、別日への振替または該当回分の全額返金にて対応いたします。
  If Masako must cancel a lesson due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances, she will notify you promptly and offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund for that session.
• ・返金規定（Refund Policy） 初回レッスン受講前のキャンセルに限り、決済手数料（Stripe手数料）を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
  コース開始後の未使用回数分につきましては、原則として返金いたしません（有効期限内の日程変更・休会にてご受講いただけます）。
  ただし、病気・けが・転居などやむを得ない事情により受講の継続が難しくなった場合は、お支払い額から「受講済みの回数 × 通常単価（1回 $100）」と決済手数料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。差し引いた結果が0ドル以下の場合、返金はございません。
  ※決済手数料の差し引きは、クレジットカードでお支払いの場合に限ります。返金は、原則としてお支払いと同じ方法で行います。
  Refund requests made prior to attending the first session are eligible for a refund minus Stripe payment processing fees. Once a package has commenced, unused sessions are non-refundable as a rule, though sessions may be rescheduled or paused within the validity period. However, if you are unable to continue due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness, injury, or relocation, we will refund the amount paid minus (the number of sessions attended × the regular single-lesson price of $100) and payment processing fees. If the result is $0 or less, no refund will be issued. * Payment processing fees are deducted only for credit card payments. Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method.

• ・収集する情報（Information We Collect） 当サービスでは、お申し込みおよびお問い合わせに際し、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、およびお支払いに関する情報を収集いたします。
  We collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing/payment information when you book or inquire about our services.
• ・お支払い情報の安全な処理（Payment Security） クレジットカード等のお支払い情報は、決済代行会社であるStripe（Stripe, Inc.）の安全なシステムを通じて暗号化処理され、当方（TOTOKNOW LLC）がお客様のクレジットカード番号を直接保持・保存することは一切ありません。
  All payment transactions are securely processed by Stripe. TOTOKNOW LLC does not access, process, or store your credit card numbers on our servers.
• ・利用目的と第三者提供の禁止（Purpose of Use & Non-Disclosure） お預かりした個人情報は、ご予約の連絡、領収書の発行、およびレッスンの提供・ご案内のみに使用し、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に販売または提供することはありません。
  Your personal information is used strictly for booking communications, issuing receipts, and delivering our services. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

• ・医療行為の否定および免責事項（Medical Disclaimer） 当サービスで提供する個人レッスンおよびアドバイスは、健康増進や日常の姿勢・セルフケア習慣の向上を目的とした教育・指導プログラムであり、医師による医療行為、診断、または治療に代わるものではありません。お身体の痛みや体調に不安がある場合は、事前に医師または医療機関へご相談のうえご受講ください。
  Our lessons are for educational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified physician before beginning any posture or physical program if you have any medical conditions or health concerns.
• ・規約の変更および準拠法（Modification of Terms & Governing Law） TOTOKNOW LLCは、必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。本規約および当サービスの提供に関しては、米国ミシガン州法（Laws of the State of Michigan, USA）を準拠法とします。
  TOTOKNOW LLC reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
